      I joined Addison Lee as CEO in 2015. The car service industry is one of the most exciting and fast moving markets in business at present, and I have the privilege of driving Addison Lee growth forward.

      I am passionate about working with our customers, employees and drivers to ensure that the business continues to grow.

      I am responsible for all areas that touch on our driver team – this includes recruitment, on-boarding, training and monitoring.

      I am the Marketing and Brand Manager at Addison Lee. I am involved in making sure that service message is carried through in everything we do. From our communications and marketing campaigns, to our at your service center and driver teams.

      My role as a client service account manager is to manage all ongoing activities with clients across major and key accounts approx. I strategically balance my time between handling day to day issues with clients, identifying root cause issues and working to improve the underlying process. As a CSM within a Sales department I am here to delight my clients, make sure they are happy with the service provided and enhance the service where possible.

      My role in Addison Lee consists of assisting the Brand and Communications manager to strengthen and keep the brand on trend and relevant via various brand campaigns and partnerships. I also support the CRM team in creating relevant communications to target different segments to inform and keep clients up to date with our brand.
